Chapter 8 The Rite of Israel Chapter 9 Time Chapter 10 The Symbolism Chapter 8 The Rite of Israel The ritual Tenth Commandment `Thou shalt not Seethe a Kid in the Mother's Milk' is so important that it is mentioned three times in the Torah - it has been much discussed but no-one really understands it - the anthropologists are baffled - the rabbis treat it as contempt for the Divine Creation - as Sin at the deepest level - as thus subsuming and leading to the disregard and even transgression of the other Commandments as against murder and adultery - however if this was the 10 intention the Commandment could have been expressed far more clearly - there is no obvious connexion with this interpretation - which in any case leaves out the specific details eg why a Kid every time - and not a Lamb? - again some rabbis consider it a Rite but cannot specify its origin - however it is taken as the basis of the Jewish prohibition on eating meat and milk in the same meal - again this is not obvious as the Rite specifically bars mother's milk - other goat's milk evidently being quite acceptable - any connexion is thus quite vague - The Talmud is in two parts - there are laws (and rituals) which are ancient - and interpretations which represent the rabbinical tradition beginning Fifth 20 Century AD ie there is no continuous tradition going back to the Temple and the Priests - but instead a complete break lasting centuries - precisely as with the Ancient Greeks - with no tradition the Western Classicists began anew about a thousand years ago - both rabbis and Classicists basing themselves on the same principle - as stated by Maimonides - that the interpretation should not go beyond the text - we simply take it as it stands - in fact these are isolated fragments of a vast organized Culture - and without knowledge of that underlying Culture it is impossible to understand the texts as eg devotional poetry without knowledge of Christianity - or indeed India without knowledge of Hinduism - and this last gives the proof - the Europeans took exactly the same Maimonidaean 30 approach towards India and understood nothing - as we can easily see - and so also with the Greek Culture and ancient Judaism - a vast unwritten knowledge formed the Education of the ancient Priests - and everything written (Priests did all the writing) assumed this knowledge - which is where the Maimonidaean approach goes wrong - Modern Art relies on superficial individual interpretations based on emotions and neuroses - it is not Art but just Amusement - while in the ancient Myth and Ritual as expressing true Culture the rabbis and Classicists can find deeper and deeper meanings - however as just vague generalized statements expressing again 40 personal prejudices and emotions - as these are different and even contradictory in different people this approach only causes chaos - true development requires accepted rules as based firmly on principle - emotion as subordinate can only be expressed within the limits of these rules and principles - the ancient Art and Culture were indeed based on principle - deep powerful and vast - as precisely why they could yield the deep meanings of these rabbis and Classicists - Ritual like Language and Mathematics is always organized with precision - on a specific basis for a specific purpose - one can still play superficial games giving different personal interpretations - but always it has - as Modern Art 50 does not have - one fundamental meaning - as necessarily including every detail of the Rite - if anything is omitted it isn't correct - and the rabbis do not explain why it is specifically a kid - why boiled - why milk - why the mother - in normal cooking this has no special value - and for this highly organized system - a naive simplistic rabbinical approach is just not good enough - this is not a textbook of Ritual - only with sufficient detail as required for the immediate purpose - other outside Rites or Rules can be brought in as required - and the meaning must be complete - dealing with the whole - or it will fail. However there are no direct sources - this fundamental meaning can only be found 60 by rediscovering and reestablishing the ancient system in its principles and organization - and this is possible as there was really only one Priesthood in Antiquity - all with the same High Education - following the same rules with the same Symbolism - while expressing themselves differently in different guises as reflecting the immediate society - somewhere the Bible states that the Hebrews having none of their own kidnapped a passing Priest and forced him to officiate for them - as with his training acting with appropriate Rituals - all carefully devised for specific ends - just as this Rite of the Kid - and indeed we can see precisely how he did it by restoring the High Education and presenting again the ancient system - thus a study of the Principles of the ancient Indian Culture - and Greek Tragedy - as giving the basis of the ancient Symbolism - and also the different Mythologies - can lead to a correct understanding of Antiquity - and 70 every detail was organized in accordance with the Principles as declaring that Symbolism - there was nothing else - Symbolism was the Culture expressing the Creation of God - the secular was only barbarism - then through the Principles and Symbolism - as expressed in the Cosmic Ritual - setting a particular Rite in the context of the whole vast Culture - one can know the fundamental meaning. Thus we have to consider all the related questions to understand the Rite - as precisely why did they separate the Sheep and the Goats - why is Christ the Lamb and not Kid of God - what is the relationship to the Golden Calf (Dionysos) - what is the significance of the Cloven Hoof - and the Feet of Clay - why are 80 Second Sons as Shem Abel Jacob Moses given preeminence in the Jewish Myth - why are both Esau and Philistine as `Redman' - again Yahweh is primarily known for two things - he was regularly getting Wroth (Wrath is also the First word of the Iliad) - and he was extremely Jealous - what was his Jealousy about? - first as everything is Symbol the rabbinical explanations - eg as related to Murder - ignore the specific relevance of the Kid - as opposed to the Paschal Lamb given to the people - thus in the division of Sheep and Goats - Sheep represent the ordinary Jewish people living in the City - then who are the Goats? - simply the Semitic Warriors - specifically the Bowmen - living outside the Walls - like the Philistines - who are again Kretan Guards - Aryanized as Akhaians - not hostile 90 but on the same side - the Ritual opposition strictly limited to the Kingship - as won by David of the Slingshot - a Weapon not of Warriors but of the people. and is irrelevant - here Salvation is used in the Christian sense ie of the individual - and this is barred to the Jews - the Kid represents this Salvation - and the entire Rite is a Sacrament and Initiation as thus with extraordinary rules - as the Christians 130 emphasize to achieve Salvation one must first Die - and Yahweh gives the Jewish people Death without Salvation - Destroys but does not Save - as the Wrath - given the Symbol of the Paschal Lamb - Passover as the Crossing of the River of Death for Resurrection establishing the Semitic Creator of Destruction - as represented by this Lamb - the proper Sacrament and Initiation of the Jews - Christ therefore as Creator-Lord of Salvation is appropriately the Lamb of God - the same Symbol - in deliberate identity - for the Jewish people - transforming the Paschal Lamb of Destruction into the Christian Lamb of Salvation - this is the Beast represented by the Number 666 - and precisely because they do not recognise that Salvation is ancient - as the background of the Torah - the rabbis are confused and in effect 150 talking rubbish - The original ritual structure of this Semitic Culture of Kam set the mercantile Semitic caste - thus also Esau (Greek Aison `Warrior-Lord of Bronze') as First-Born of Dharam remained Akhaian Guard - while the Younger Jacob as Second Son of Kam - representing the Bowmen - also took over the Kingship - the Egyptian Slaughter of the First-Born declaring the Destruction of the Guard - Judaism left intact but helpless - these Three castes are also presented as the Sons of Noah - in turn Shem Ham Japhet - here Ham as First-Born of Dharam represents the Guard - 170 Shem as Second of Kam the Merchants - Japhet as Third of Arth the Bowman - Shem set first in the sequence - reflecting the Semitic primacy of Kam - thus Aaron - First-born brother of Moses - still representing the Akhaian Guard - sets the Golden Calf and Brazen Serpent - High Symbols of Salvation - declaring in Greece Dionysos - Divine Child as Creator-Lord of Salvation - However with Destruction of Peace complete - there still remained his Principle of War - so - as beside the Kretan Four of Nirvana - Ten as Number of War - also of Daktylic Salvation - Armoured Soldiers as Akhaian Guard - Decapitation of the Sword finishing him off - as correctly Dharam Destroying Kam - completing his Nirvana and Death - of Dharam of War and of Kam of Peace - while the Mule - as representing the Titanic Culture - and Daktylic Hair - as outside the Law of the Moon-God - perform Self-Destruction - the Darts of Peace and Soldiers represent 370 Destruction of Peace and War - thus also Salvation with his Aryanized Rite - and Divine Resurrection in a subordinate role - the Bowman-Creator was recognized and accepted within the Culture of the Moon-God.
